Friendly and competent serviceman came to do a check up on my heater. He changed batteries on my thermostat, which I wouldn’t have thought of. Went above and beyond and cleaned off my heater surface (of pre-termite fumigation droppings), and even removed a large next from the attic (where heater is located). Best of all, he assured my heater is in good condition and will last quite a while. Good to have this competent company in town.
