Friendly and competent servicemen came to clean out my dryer vent. The outside vent is near the roof line on the second floor, continually collected lint, and it was difficult to clean out. Without any pressure to sell and just making a suggestion, they clued me in to a more efficient vent (which was reasonably priced). They went back to the shop where they had one in stock, and quickly came back and installed. Now I have a more effective and nice looking outside vent. Soon my heater will need to be serviced…you can be sure I’ll call Lafferty.
